Search Online

Start searching online and identify the homes you want to visit. Choose the houses you’re interested in and contact us with the information. We’ll schedule your appointment and make it as easy as it can be for you.
We make scheduling showings as easy as possible for you. Simply call, text, or email your agent and he or she will schedule the showings.

Complete the Guest Card

Many DMV Home builders require you to fill out a form. Once you arrive at a new home community, the sales manager will most likely request that you complete a Guest Card. On this card, you will want to write down that Usman Sayed with DMV Home Rebates, LLC is your real estate agent/broker.

Sign On the Line

Once you find that new home or floor plan you want to build, the home builder will prepare the purchase contract. You will want to ensure they list Usman Sayed as your real estate agent and Realty Brokerage Solutions, LLC as the broker on either the purchase agreement or on an addendum to the purchase agreement. Once this contract has been signed by you and the home builder, please provide a copy to us for our records.
